Jack’s back!

Forums:

Jack has the go ahead to play tomorrow night with Jorma, et al, in S.F.!

He posted a video on Facebook saying his cardiologist has turned him loose and he had just taken a 6 mile power walk.

Oh boy!

Great news!

That's far out.

And Jorma Kaukonen & Jack Cassidy playing in San Francisco at the end of 2025?

That's pretty far out too.

"Cassidy" the GD song

it's hard to keep them straight...  laugh

Let's not forget THIS guy...

...David Cassidy

David Cassidy was the son of Jack Cassidy (not Jack Casady, lol) and Evelyn Ward.

His parents divorced when he was six years old.

He later lived with his father and stepmother, Shirley Jones, who played his mother on The Partridge Family.

Confused yet?

Oh wow! What a sweet show.

It's good to know you were there Judit, but you need some work on your show review skills.

Hope your trip is going well.

I think Judit''s post was perfect. Sometimes less is more. That set list speaks for itself. Thanks Judit.

Lance, my next best review is, you shoulda been there.

epic!

I'm a big John Hurlbut fan. Was in most of Jorma's Covid shows. Their album together is very good too.

Mark, Jorma and John Hurlbut also have a podcast that appears on YouTube talking about music and records. I can't give you a link right now, but you can find it. Oh maybe it's called So Many Roads.

Also, Lil is friends with Hurl – His band has played at events celebrating LeaperVanAtom.

Good to see you last night Judit, and I agree, it was a stellar show!

Judit, so happy you were able to be there with so many other Jorma / Hot Tuna fans. Glad it was epic for all.

Well sure, but I stand by my first post.

A good detailed review allows those who didn't attend to have a real sense of what it was like to be there.

Don't hoard it, share your experience, if you can.

As I used to tell my students, words are good, use 'em.

Or not, that's fine too. It's just good you were there and had a good experience.

As always, keep going to the show!

That Don't Think Twice, It's Alright cover said it all. Beautiful!!!

Mike, thank you so much for the link.

And thank you everybody for your good wishes. Gettin out of Dodge and spending time with sisters and great heartwarming music is the way to go.
