Sugar Bowl

who do you pick, and why?

You all know I pick Auburn, and here's why:

We were decimated by injuries on offense heading into UGA at 8-2 (at that point our losses were to Clemson and Texas A&M) and lost a game we would've easily won if we had had our SEC leading RB and (at the time) most efficient SEC QB healthy. Both these guys are back at 100%. I predict our offense clicks, our defense plays lights out and we pull the upset in New Orleans.

then again, I could be wrong again...

I pick The Sooners, because I am a Sooner fan.

Sooners are a 3 point favorite with our only losses in week 1 against Houston and of course the Ohio State ass kicking. Those out of conference games cost us the playoffs and we will be looking to get revenge for that. Auburn is a good team but I think The Sooners win The Sugar Bowl.

Baker Mayfield gonna shine.

Good Luck tonight Rick.

BOOMER SOONER!

What a blowout.

oklahoma played great, auburn like a piece of shit.

Congrats Okie Boy.

thank God this season is over!

So Malzahn starts the season on the hot seat, wins a few in a row and appears to have rightened the ship, and then starts losing again. Back on the hot seat? Or flat out can the guy, it is Auburn after all.

He's safe for one more year. If he loses more than 3 next year, especially after signing Stidham and having Georgia and Alabama here, he will be gone.

Malzahn says he will have his most talented roster to date next year. My buddy in the AD told me the same thing early this year, that next year should be historic. My question is good historic or bad historic?

I've thought Gus nutty since the first time I met him in 2009, and nothing has changed.
