Bryan and The Russian Tea Room

So at some point I remember reading a post by Bryan which said that if Trump lost he would be buying drinks at The Russian Tea Room.  Is there a date?  I would like to attend.  Not to gloat but I’ve never been there and it sounds like it might be a good time.
