If you go to talkingheads-podcast.com you'll find more with Kelly from these interviews in Thailand. He talks about the Mickey and Bill incidents but pretty much claims ignorance as to why they happened.

I watched the first 8 minutes of that, and will get back to it, but Kelly seems a bit neurotic and hard to listen to. I can see why he didn't get along with Bill and Mickey, who I'm sure had a ton of potential to be pompous pricks.

I  seem to like the guy but his chronology of events seems a little off. Seems like he lives in Thailand. Never been to Thailand but seems better than Marin. Asia is my favorite place.
