Portland OR - food resource

A note for Portland folks. I ran into this guy at a bar before John Doe who told me he was starting a Substack newsletter about goings on for food and restaurants downtown/Pearl. I found it pretty interesting although I don't go downtown much outside of Powell's and Kelly's Olympian.
