^lol....I received a phone call scam a couple of weeks ago saying that I had won a contest at the Choctaw casino ( could barely understand the thick Asian accent). All they needed was my credit card number for the "small transfer fee". This would fit well on the I'm Rich thread too.
Another great album by McMurty...all the way through. The man can weave lyrical tapestries like few others.
Interesting that the album opens with a cover of Laredo, the Jon Dee Graham song that was heavy in James' live performance rotation back in the mid to late aughts. While the rest of the tracks are in the acoustic styling of his recent Horses and Hounds, Laredo is good ole crunchy electric and stands apart.
