That country passed some laws 6-7 years back making it legal to posess fairly chunky quantities of various former contraband, even for tourists.
I forget the exact terminology, but it was/is legal to have a lid or two of weed, a few grams of coke, and some bizarre quantity of L like "an umpteenth of a milligram"
Again, I forget the exact terms but someone should look it up.
