Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Calls Federal Marijuana Prohibition 'A Contradictory And Unstable State Of Affairs':
https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/supreme-court-justice-clarence-thomas...

Justice Thomas bought autographed copies of LPs by Nicolette Larson and Timothy B. Schmitt from me last year, which softened my impression of the guy.  I read that when the court is out of session, he and his wife like to tour the country in their RV.   It's easy for me to picture him rolling down the scenic highways singing along to Laurel Canyon singer-songwriter soft-pop, his worries behind.  Don't know if he's a weed smoker, but I bet he has some good stories.

That's amazing Dave. Didn't know he was a record collector.

You get him to sign your wall or something?

He bought them online, so I didn't get to meet him.

That is cool, Dave, but doesnt really soften my views of his work. I thought it was interesting that, as the most conservative justice, he takes such a stance instead of digging in alongside his GOP cohort hold-outs. Moscow "Cocaine" Mitch, conversely, seems to really like robbing the CannaBiz with the heavy fees, high taxes, and zero write-offs.
