It's All Over Now, Baby Blue

This is one of your Movies that I want to check out,  since I attended that pair of shows.

I think that the "Box Of Rain"  breakout  that developed through Hampton,  Philly & Portland really Flowered in Cumberland Coliseum,  plus those (CCC) are the only ones I actually saw in person.

Even more interesting is the ~one and only~ version of 'Revolutionary Hamstrung Blues' on the evening of 3-27-86.  Where the heck did that come from ??

Very clear recollections of where I was during the Portland shows, (near SBD) but can't tell you where I stayed,  probably some cheap motel.

I asked some fellow "What is this song called ?"  And he told me "Revolutionary Hamstrung Blues".  So he was probably in on it.

My first show - nice!

Really guys?  Thank you.

90% sure Bluesnote was at this show as well.

I was at both 1986 CCCC shoes. It rained HARD the first night. Great mid-set Bertha as a nod to the Gods. The first night first set crackles with energy. Second set that night was a bit flat (Eyes was way too fast, Bob's guitar was out of tune near the end)

(Sorry...no pirated film grabs on my link)

Great thanks Ned, cool ^. Its playing now.

Its all 90 year old public domain film footage, & what is not Warner worked with me on. & I wll post the legal T&C's

Not sure you are fully up-to-speed, with I what I have done & who I am working with. But its worth the research before posting a false statement

Please do not do that ~

Folks say it was general admission, but I was in a new Theater Type Cushy seat , front row in front of Mr. Bob Weir.

The locals seemed stunned, it seemed new to them. So band had the lights going, it sounded great. Dan the man!

During Around & Round, Bobby screams "wrose out of my seat" & he looks around & folks are spaced.

Folks in Portland were so fun ~

It was GA throughout.

Thanks man.

I am just coming up for air & the world of music and film has got bat shit crazy & I am kid locked in a toy store at night.

They are now all on Maternity Leave, even the dudes ~

It's hard to believe, but I am FULLY licensed & have down load gateway like no other in music and film.

Plus I am the all-around- most well versed person in this subject & am paving new ground day by day for that field in geneal.

But its to fun to Owsley this all up like Zoro ~

Crazy

I like licorice, too.

Sometimes when lying awake at night i HEAR them. You know what I'm talking about. Like sirens screaming off the Pyrenees. Although, water can be folded at times (most;ly dusk).

Me three.

I was happy with just going that one night.

Bought 2 seats & drove a '86  Black Mazda SE-5 pickup, seating only 2.

At the last second 10 other pals of mine tagged along in 2 other cars & did NOT get tickets. I used to feel bad, I'm now over that..

Weir was finishing of Playing in the Band jams from both shows in the past & future ~

Yes, and the black limousines flying back/forth like quasars late for lunch.

Godzilla overlooked the lot

The "Mean Girls" Crew has arrived ^

Bring it ~

‘Sour Grapes’

is there ever any footage of the actual shows you post? just curious, that’d be great.

No & you will also need a NTSC PC (not Apple) with a nice pair of speakers- or HDTV or 4K HDTV set & know how to read proficiently.

Otherwise bit torrents may be better for you.

Clown ~

Are you with Dark Star Orchestra too?

ah I see. Well the last one was a full HD up scaled movie from GD 12/31/82 & the quality was much far better then any thing out- in both my re mastered Audio and HD Movie - The Vault had it yanked.

I make Mini Movies off all the show I go to~

Last was John Hiatt a week ago

The next on is GD Beacon 76, has some mammals & sounds great.

Which is break from working on GD 83 Dead & Stills. that will be up after that 76 NYC one ~

Why not make a Mega- Movie of something?

Define it & I will try and make it work

Kids are going back to school this week & what have we learned this summer?

fyi ~

Joe Banamassa is on their right now & has been all day.

The Larry Carton Mini Movie Concert has gone viral....

The supplication jam the first night is some of the finest music ever played

Hi Joy. Did you go?  That whole show sounds great.

I only saw 2 shows in '86, Buffalo 7/4 & this show. I was so very happy just to be able to go to those 2 shows

I saw some shows in 1985 (all at Brendon Byrne & Nassau), but do not remember a whole lot about them.

>>This is one of your Movies that I want to check out,  since I attended that pair of shows.

Stu, did you go to the 1983 GD 4/16 & 4/17 Stephen Stills shows? I made one for these shows & it will be up 9/4.

The Brendon Byrne was rocking so much, it was crazy.

Actually Bluelight,

I did not attend those "Brendan Byrne Arena"  shows but my Term Paper went there.  It was a bit awkward explaining to the professor why I needed an "extension".  The nice people who let us throw our packs in their car at Rochester went bar-hopping til the wee hours,  and then took off for NJ with our stuff.

We knew them from Montréal where we all attended University.  Eventually I got the term paper back,  and it earned a good grade.
