I was with the founder of this event last night at the Fillmore for a show. This is always one of the most looked forward to events of the summer in its home base. The Jerry Garcia Amphitheater is an awesome little venue. I've been proud to be associated with Jerry Day since the early days and it's been great to see it year after year. Can't beat free music in the park when you're talking San Francisco and Jerry Garcia music. This next one should be special.

Was a super fun event. Had the great experience/ honor of having Trixie and Mountain Girl stop and thank us for our support and attendance. Got the chance to tell Mountain Girl how influential her book The Primo Plant (1974) was to me and inspired me to become a grower back in the day. I never would have anticipated that back in 1975. Talk about a full circle.
Such nice people.
