That Chet Helms story was fill on a tape I got way back when from the world poetry conference told much better than on Letterman. I've looked on the interwebs for that story and never have been able to find it.

Never saw that interview. Thanx! Love the Tom Snyder one with Jerry and Ken in 81. The next night I saw them at Nassau. My first NY show
