BB King and Bobby Blue Bland Together again for the first time

1968 my first visit of many to Fillmore East, here;s the line up

Bobby Bland opened, then

Albert King, then

BB King, the show started at 11:30 (they did  2 shows a night at Fillmore ) no idea what time it ended, I was 16

I heard a track off the new Robbie Robertson LP yesterday.  It's a duet with Van Morrison called "I Heard You Paint Houses", that's apparently mob speak for asking someone if they're a hitman.  Pretty decent tune.

yeah I heard it as well, didn't move me, but as I said in the thread about the band, not a fan of robbie's voice

I've come across a couple Bobby Blue Bland tapes going through my stuff.
