grate stuff

Don;t know any members names but saw them a few times in Md. in like  around 1980. Once at Merriiwether Post and Capitol Centre with I think Foghat.

Freddie Salem was the 3rd guitarist there,, all brilliant players - what a fucking band !@!@

Like my dear ol dad used to say, ' they don't make em like that anymore '.

I thought I was there but my show was in 77 with Sea Level opening.  My only time in that venue.

Here's a list of Capitol performances.

Sea Level was da shit ! Memories flooding back into the cranium,,  thanks for mentioning them !!

Chuck Leavelle the now and long time keyboardist for the Stones was in Sea Level as I recall. And Allman Brothers!

Jaimoe was their drummer and Lamar Williams also was in that band, he took over bass duties in The Allman Bros after Berry Oakley died. I caught Sea Level once in Woodbury Ct at the ski area when both Jaimoe + Butchy held down the rhythm section. They were a really great band, jammy jam jams. So many great bands touring in the 70's.

First show at Autzen, 1978,  and I was there. Eddie Money, Outlaws, Santana, GD.

Fun times.
