We don't have many presidential ads in Utah, but the congressional race? Damn, they've poured over $90 million into ads for a congressional seat and my incumbent demo guy McAdams is practically a freakin' republican already. Voted against Pelosi for Speaker. In fact, his ads show 8 republicans talking about voting for him, with one local mayor saying "I'm voting for Ben and Trump". His repub opponent has like six bankruptcies worth $1.7 million, runs a sham non-profit that he sucks $72 K a year from for salary and says it's to help kids but didn't spend a dime on them, and supports renewed nuclear testing in Nevada. And the race is neck and neck! Good golly. 

What a waste. Something's askew when ya spend $90 million vying for a $200,000 job, especially when the House of Reps ain't gonna turn anyway. Imagine what some social service agencies could've done with that cash. 

But ya'll hang in there. It's not the last week, with the legal challenges ahead, but we're closer.

If it is a blow out where Biden takes the electoral college by a wide margin, there will be no need to get the SCOTUS involved.  Otherwise, we will have to see what happens and be ready to take it to the streets if Trump tries to steal the election.

If a R majority in state where it is allowed passes a law before the electors' votes are certified to have the electors chosen by those legislators, then they will not be rogue electors, as they would be if the law still had voters choose the electors.

Judit we have not had internet TV for a week. Local antenna TV channer has the stooges on at five central time. Its Curly month. Still good for a two hit giggle for thirty minutes when in front of the television set c at that time.

I like the energy, and on a personal level I hope I'm wrong, but despite all the hoohaa saying otherwise, I think Trumpy is going to win.

It's already started. The massive voting numbers in Texas have Republicans so spooked they're trying to throw out over 100,000 votes placed via drive-thru.

Texas has a long history with voter suppression. No doubt they'll succeed in throwing out a substantial number of Democratic votes.

Biden's going to have the votes but he's going to have other obstacles to overcome to win this thing.

How can Biden overcome Trump's SCOTUS?

Biden can only win IF:

1. Despite Trump's efforts to suppress the vote, Biden wins the popular vote by at least 5% or so.

2. Trump is unsuccessful in manipulating the EC via the red swing states' legislatures, and Biden wins the EC.

3. Trump is unsuccessful at winning in the SCOTUS because Roberts goes rogue and Barret recuses.

#3 is the tough one.
