So far.... lol lol.  Since panic only plays 30-50 shows a year i try and listen live or go back to re listen every show.  Beacon was fire. The wave they made to build up each night (like RR) is next level shit.
panic is seriously the most talented band out there. Phish has zero on this band, who are light years past any of these current ham bands. The proficiency of each show is unmatched. Panic Stream and Relisten have most if not all their shows and since the St Aug shows back in March they are all superb in sound mix for Zman recordings. Never understood why these guys never made it as far as others. Seriously under rated band that takes the back seat most times to the next big thing or, the We need to be seen here bands and fans. So is Humility though Absolute Masters of their craft

Yes, very talented, and some great songs composed along the way.

That said; they have the same "beat" in a lot of their songs. And, there is such a thing as too many notes on a solo.

Tomato, to-mah-toe....

cool glad to hear they're still playin hard... I was the chef at the Paris " Chesterfield Cafe" when they played 2 weeks there, circa 1995?..., nice group of fellows...I enjoyed the music and the 200 American followers. They ate well! And I was at the board most of the nights

oh and thanks Fab, know about panic stream, but was lookin for a live one !

this is to say nothing about the "dark minor tones" of a lot of their songs (musically speaking)

^ I can only take so much of this, but find it interesting how some serious funk jams can come out of said "dark places"

wsp also has a youtube channel with free live audio for all shows

thanks to my man i enjoy them more than i ever have

don't know many of their songs, know a few too well by now, and almost always LOVE their covers

they are in my top 5 live music experiences anymore

Agreed; even in light of what I tried to express above.

As much as I don't think music can be "ranked", I would still place them at either the 4 or 5 slot if forced to do so.

As DayDream once so eloquently put it ~

It's good time booty shakin' rock~n~roll
