On Sunday, I did notice a party going on outside the gates - and people enjoying the music from the canal in kayaks, on paddle boards and yachts. Around 100 people. Looked pretty chill. one could park at the nearby shopping center and easily walk over to the street behind TXR and listen to the music. A little pop up Skakedown street appeared too. Didn't look like the crowd was being harassed or discouraged in any way. Maybe it is meant to be discouraged, dunno. It looked pretty tame but I suppose it could grow out of control and cause a problem for TXR..

I got the TXR email early this morn, but saw it too late... I'm wondering if they send out the email once they sell out, LOL.
Couldn't have gone anyways, must virtually attend an evening board meeting w/ combed hair, sigh.
