Going to see Steely Dan in Raleigh next week. Second show of the tour. Not sure what to expect without Walter, but happy Fagen decided to carry on with the band. Anyone know who is stepping in to try filling Walter's hard-to fill shoes?
I don't recall the name of their lead guitarist, but he kills it - as you would expect.
Walter will be missed, but frankly I don't recall hearing that much from him at the shows I caught a few years ago- aside from his rap on Hey Nineteen, and he did the vocal on Daddy Don't live in NYC.

Will do, ender. They're co-headlining with The Doobie Brothers, so I'm not sure how that will work, but it should be fun regardless!
