I saw them in San Diego a few yrs ago and was blown away by how good they were. It seems the shine is finally going away. Mick's voice is shot and the whole production seems a bit off. Probably last tour, but folks been saying that for a few tours now. Who knows.
I think at 78 Mick's still got it. The tour just started and Charlie is gone. Give them a break. They're relics from a dinosaur age but still relevant in my world IMO. First saw them in 78 in Chicago and then 81 in Philly. None since but would see them if they came close. Too bad their not playing in my area or I would like to see them one last time for nostalgia.
I would wait until the middle to the end of the tour to make any serious judgements. Although he's a tried-and-true pro, Steve Jordan is still pretty green Stones-wise on stage, and things will be slowly adjusting. Mick's voice is usually stronger at the start of the tour, but he can excel on any given night. So far, he sounds better than post-heart surgery 2019 tour, and seems to be taking more chances, vocally. Keith also seems to have raised his game a bit, perhaps finally seeing the line on the horizon for the band (by that, I mean they will probably do 4 or 5 more tours. Ha).
With so many days off between shows the band and Micks voice should be well rested. Don't see any issues with Micks voice going out as long as he takes care of it.

No disrespect intended. Just an observation. Mick's energy is amazing. Just looks a bit to me like one tour too many. Hope I am wrong.
