Saw Vince Herman while leaving the campground.  It looked like he was just hanging out.  This year, the campground is kind of in a semi-ghost town mode ... since at least 1/3 of it is not being used due to the arrangements the promoters apparently reached with the town.  Likewise, the areas that are being occupied are nowhere near as full as they typically are.  Having said that, it's still nice to see SOME activity there compared to last year.
