We realize we're not yet through the pandemic and are taking health risks very seriously. We ask you to please read all safety protocols and instructions at the time of ticket purchase, and ALWAYS keep your mask on.

PROTOCOL:

The parking lot will open at 4:30pm and a Parking Attendant will be at the entrance of the parking to check you in. Your Square will be taped on the ground with two chairs. We ask that you remain in your taped zone unless you need to use the restroom or the bar.

SAFETY:

You must keep your mask on AT ALL TIMES! If you are reminded more than once to put your mask back on, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you are standing, going to the bar, or going to the bathroom, your face mask MUST BE ON.  Food and drink must be consumed while seated. Masks may be pulled down to eat and drink, but must immediately be put back on as required by the Health Officer Order for Face Coverings. You must always remain 6 feet away while waiting in line to enter the venue, the bathroom, and at the bar.

We want to continue bringing you live music, but we can only do this with your full cooperation!

^right.

at least it is outside.

^ Always there for a cheerful and uplifting word. Happy Thursday, heat!

what's up our little neocon.

have a nice day man.

Good to see live music happening!

I won't be there, and while I'm not drawn particularly by the show itself, what I find I'm missing more than live music these days is just being around other people in a fun, group setting.

The park at TxR is a lovely space, the day will be beautiful and if I had the opportunity to go I probably would just for the chance to get out and hang out among the people, even with masks and distance.

Stu, Scott & Crosby are all good players and I'm sure the music will be fine, but I wonder if just getting back to a bit of normalcy & fun isn't the main reason most people jumped at the chance to go to this.

BTW, the rules may come off a bit harsh, but setting firm rules at the beginning means they won't have to be actually enforced nearly as much later.

Say what you want about masks & distancing, but the numbers in the BA at the moment are going down, and most people around here are playing by those rules, so what the hell... wear a mask, relax in your space and enjoy your afternoon folks!

All good

If you don't like it, don't go.  But you do not absolutely HAVE to be negative (I hope)

Yes lance, I miss the tribe immensely

gonna try a dinner distanced "dead " show at MOMs for Halloween   It's been along time since March 13 my last show Jerry Miller and it was at Michael's    Getting excited

that lineup sold out in 30 minutes? some people sure are rabid and desperate for grateful dead music.

wear a mask, relax in your space and enjoy your afternoon folks!

I will be there and will report in later....

Sounds like a nice lineup for a reasonable price.

Didn't see any ticket price posted,  so I guess it's free or 2-Beer minimum ?

Everyone will have Fun if they show up !

Partial setlist ?  -- Un comfirmed.

Terrapin Crossroads - San Rafael, California, US Set 1: Jack Straw, Deal, Althea, High Time, Bertha, Lazy River Road, Stella Blue

I like that set list !

OK, so the beauty of being free is I can do pretty much whatever I want, so my little buddy & I veered off from our original plan of going to Half Moon Bay and then down the coast to Santa Cruz & on home on this absolutely glorious day in the Bay Area.

About halfway up highway 280 in the Peninsula hills we decided to just keep going on up to SF & Golden Gate Park instead. We had a great walk in the sunny, 79 degree late afternoon and then we had a great drive over the Golden Gate Bridge and on to Terrapin Crossroads, mainly because that bit I'd written earlier about jonesing to be around a crowd was in my head, and I figured what the fuck, there's a show going on, let's head over to TxR.

So my little friend Scooter got to see the place, and the 20 minutes or so that we walked around the perimeter and along the berm next to the water it was truly great; sunny, warm, folks hanging out, dancing, eating, smoking, relaxing, enjoying the beautiful day while Althea was wafting through the air... it was really just cool.

It was also very nice to see & speak with good ol' Peak for a few minutes, as well as a couple of other folks I know. Driving up there and then on the way home I realized how much I miss that place and what goes on there, as well as all the other places like it.

From my point of view there was absolutely nothing bad, sad or otherwise negative about what was happening at the clubhouse today.

And I also realized that after 42 years of going to GD related events, I was finally that guy who brought his dog to a show!

So now that's checked off the list.

Was he sporting a bandana?

We had a lot of fun last night. It was great to see people, dance abs listen to live music at TXR!

Lance --

Glad you and Scooter had a Fun.  Way Kool your Pup got to see the Music.  Hüsky loves catching a show outdoors every time.

Alas,  he has never seen Phil.

Lance, it was great to see you last night. It's great to see so many familiar faces. As far as the rules go, that's the way it's going to be for a while, no need to make a big deal out of it. Don't want to wear a mask you can sit on the berm along the canal and watch, for free. TXR is doing this with a skeleton crew and we all want to work. The only way they will keep doing it is if everyone cooperates. Believe me, none of us want to ask somebody to leave. Hopefully, the weather will hold out for a while and we can squeeze a few more shows in before the rains.

Right on Pete, good to see you last night and sorry I missed you Lance, Marcy said she saw you.
