picked up 3 clones from my buddy yesterday.

cherry bomb.

neighbor has a sunny yard and wants me to plant them there. gave me a little LED light, they need to get bigger and a bit early yet.

hope to get one in the ground at least.

I have been trying autoflower varieties the past couple years for my outdoor here in Maine.
Although plants are obviously smaller, I can ensure harvesting in the first half of August, thereby avoiding the dreaded *mold* season here in coastal Maine.
Unless doing a greenhouse or some such, just the volume of September morning/evening dew, in conjunction with the temps, is a moldfest no matter what.
Some have been better than others, but overall I see the autoflower option as improving each year.
If anyone has any good seed company recommendations for me for this year, please share.

Personal Possession and Home Cultivation

The following conditions apply to growing cannabis at home and personal possession of cannabis outside the home:

Personal possession outside of the home: up to 3 ounces cannabis and 24 grams of cannabis concentrate

Home possession: Amending limits of what is permitted in the home, which must be kept in a secure location away from children

Home grow: permitted under the bill subject to possession limits in 18 months for adult recreational use and subject to regulations of the Medical Program being promulgated no sooner than 6 months:

3 mature plants and 3 immature plants for adults over 21

6 mature plants and 6 immature plants maximum per household

The Bill proposes a new cannabis tax structure that would replace a weight-based tax with a tax per mg of THC at the distributor level with different rates depending on final product type. The wholesale excise tax would be moved to the retail level with a 9 percent state excise tax. The local excise tax rate would be 4 percent of the retail price. Counties would receive 25% of the local retail tax revenue and 75 percent would go to the municipality.

My 2021 grow is underway, and I'm documenting it in the Cannabis folder; the pot in the lower left has a seedling that is just emerging this morning.

Super psyched about the NY legal cannabis law, glad they included home growers in it.

Thought this was going to happen back in the late 70's, only took 40 plus years to realize.

You know who isn't talking about cuomo being a lech, NY stoners.......

It's been about two and a half weeks since I planted, and my seedlings are starting to make some nice progress. Here's my favorite of the bunch so far.
