Dibs on the next RIP thread

Forums:

Someone famous, I'm pretty sure will die soon. Just wanted to reserve it in advance, thanks.

Well, you need to be on top of your game, Turtle.

People aren't going to just sit around and wait for it.

Drink to me, drink to my health. You know I can't drink anymore...

Inside information?

Picasso died in '73. Sharpen up Thom, or your next.

Oh, Turtle, you can do better than that. Go for someone really big!

Haha. Yeah.

Terry Glenn ran circles around the NY Jets when he was a New England Patriot

I don't follow football, especially eastern teams, and don't remember hearing of Terry Glenn.

Della Reese died

Is Abe Vigoda still not dead?

He was flash in the pan, even out here Ms. Judit.

i did it.

^^^^Beverly Cleary age 101!!!

Here’s a good link for new famous dead people: http://www.tmz.com/category/r-i-p/

"Sharpen up Thom, or your next."

Comment was for Turtle, not you. I know it's hard to believe, but it's not always about you.

Della died Sunday night so "soon" was the day before the post.

And if I was any sharper people would get cut just looking at me.

Well, if we are starting a dead pool, my guess for the next "big" death is that dirty old man, George HW Bush.  Big ass funeral in Houston full of pomp and ceremony and world leaders galore.

It is a relatively conservative pick, especially considering that if he makes it to Friday, he will be the longest lived president ever.

Jana Novotna.

Won Wimbledon... only 49.

Would be weird if it was Phil.

Of the Top 10 on the National Death Pool Odds List - Manson was #6, Hugh Hefner was #9 and Mary Tyler Moore was #10.

Interestingly, Trump is listed at #14 - but I suppose w these recent deaths that moves him to #11.

that's a terrible thing to say hounder.

Why? would you feel guilty? He's not gonna live forever y'know

The one and only professional tennis match that I ever attended was in 1992, Chicago, between Jana Novotna and Martina Navratilova.  A memorable event:

Rest in Peace, Jana

Maybe you guys will get lucky and the next one will be another zoner.

Yeah death !!!

Drive safe, everyone. Lotta drunks on the road.

Maybe you guys will get lucky and the next one will be another zoner.

RRG, I can't tell you how much I hope that's not true. No one gets lucky if a zoner dies and I don't get the sentiment.

Peace, life, love

...and rainbows; don't forget the rainbows

rsz_1rsz_1rsz_img_20170514_174510781_hdr_1.jpg.

We’ve talked it over on the commerce of R.I.P. threads. It’s all yours.

If you kids *really* wanna make this darkly fun: discuss the zoners you wish would die, or, would kill, given the Scot free opportunity

Well, that would be "going for it, for sure".

Wait, what? Did a Zoner die?

Top of the sweet sweet early morning to you Latex!!

I just came for the rainbows, and here are a few from last Sunday at Shore Acres State Park in Oregon (first photo by Adrian Blair, the rest by me)

and of course, here's a video I shot;
