i lost service 2x yesterday for the first time in months. i called verizon after the first time and they said there was work going on in my area that could have caused me to lose service. i called after the second time even though i had reset my router and had service by the time they got on the phone. they offered to send me a new router! thank you very much. must have been a new employee
