...

Hang tight... that cut-off image at the bottom of the original post...

Are those... are those the headliners for the Lock'n Festival? Is that real?

Holy christ. It's like stepping back in time to 2009.

Here's the full line up ~~~~

Oh my dear lord that is brutal

If you check out our archival podcast, I think you'll enjoy our conversation with Melvin Seals, as well as lotsa great Dead, Bowie & Fleetwood Mac tunes...

Enjoy!

headliner is a cover band.

more fourth tier hambands than you can shake a stick at.

and booking like its 1993 with blues traveler and sheryl crow?

im sure they'll finally turn a profit this year with a winning formula like that!

That lineup is inexcusable

nauseating just looking at the lineup. sheesh.

DJ, thanks for posting the link to the show.  Enjoying it now.  I use to listen religiously back in the mid to late 90’s and recorded some great shows.  Would love to donate just not in the position to do so right now.

That's quite alright, Crazy Fingers! We may have to do beg-athons every so often, but we're really in it for the music, so we're glad to have you back aboard. A lot of people rely on the Archival link to the show nowadays, since we are on rather late at 1:00 am Sundays...Thanks for tuning in!

Yes, now that I can stream it I will be sure to tune in.  As I recall the show use to start at 9:00 back then, followed by the Underground Railroad, which I also enjoyed.  Was a member for many years as there was a lot of programming that I liked.  Good reminder to tune back in, thanks.

Crazy, those were our glory days, to be honest. We were on 9:00 pm - Midnight on Saturday nights. Prime Time! The Radio business can be brutal sometimes, and the powers that be bumped us into the wee hours 1:00 - 3:00 AM Sundays (Late Sat nite) . We hear from so many people now how they built up their tape collections from 'Morning Dew' years ago, and they are often surprised to learn that we are still around and that we have an Archival Stream now...That's why we appreciate folks like yourself who know the history and come back 'home'.

On the one hand, the advent of every note of Grateful Dead music being documented on the Internet, along with our later time slot,  has made us less of a prized or unique commodity in recent years. On the other hand, we have strived, and arguably succeeded in branching out with  a wide variety of great Interviews lately, such as Melvin Seals (on this week's archive), Martin Barre, Dave Davies, Paul Kantner, Jorma, Richie Furay, Chuck Leavell, Todd Rundgren, Roger McGuinn, Ian Hunter, Dave Mason, Jeff Chimenti and many more in recent years. Some of them are available on permanent podcasts, if anyone wants to hear them just let me know and I can repost for ya...laugh
