Man, I LOVED Schoolhouse Rock! on Saturday mornings.
"Three is a Magic Number" was a staple song on "Baby Mixes" that I would give to friends at their baby showers.
Not too long ago, I was happy to purchase a used DVD of the old Schoolhouse Rocks! TV shorts and showed them to my kids. They loved them (and still do).
I can still remember the Preamble to the Constitution by singing the tune.
As an adult, I really appreciate the music itself for being good examples of jazz/blues/folk/rock of its day.
I remember seeing him play on the main stage at Gathering of the vibes some years ago. I remember the girl melting in ecstatic, nearly uncontrollable joy on the rail more. She ...went...bonkers!
