She was killed an explosion, believed to be a remotely detonated suicide bomb, which which tore through the building only moments after.
The explosion in the busy Midan neighbourhood of the Syrian capital wounded three police officers, reports the Al-Watan daily.

Wish people could alleviate
Wish people could alleviate the hatred in their hearts at least for the holiday season. I just found out I have 18 % Middle Eastern DNA. 15 % from the Caucuses. I didn't even know there was such a grouping. It's pretty crappy when ever anyone takes another person's life. It's pretty crappy to blow yourself up. Mothers fathers brothers sisters cousins, whole communities filled with hatred, blood and sorrow because of differences. It's the same here in the USA as it is in the Middle East. People divided because of the differences in their beliefs. Hatred and paranoia are destroying the world. Our differences are destroying us. It's a damn shame we don't all see ourselves as human beings. The fighting over resources, power and influence will destroy us. What seems like a win with Trump will be our downfall as a powerful nation.
I don't believe people should blow themselves up. Shall we nuke them to stop them? Be careful what you wish for.
