I apologize for starting the RA thread. I suppose I was inspired by the set of RA threads with "Can Ryan"...which had him on my mind when I caught the NYT story.
But I did not mean to hurt anybody's feelings, not even Ryan's. I presumed that after making the NYT, mentioning it on the zone was infitesmaly abusive.

p.s. Oddly, I also started the RA thread that got the philzone shut down, but all I did on that one was recommend one of his shows 'cause I liked it...then 550 posts later it was gone with the zone.

SORRY gravy my posts were not right - it stems from physical pain which messes w my brain I have an awaiting appt on Wednesday in West L.A at the Pain Clinic A Valued Appointment ! tests on my back and leg nerve pain.
Lukas played a 2.5 hour show with NO break on Thursday here in town, which I attended, and then from what I heard, followed it up with a 3 hour or so show on Friday.
I didn't go Friday so I could rest up for the Infamous Stringdusters with the Shook Twins opening on Saturday. The Dusters kicked ass, as did Lukas.
SHOW CONTENT SPOILER ALERT - DON'T LOOK.
Lukas did a nice "Long May You Run" on acoustic guitar and a "Stay All Night, Stay A Little Longer" and a cover of "Shallow" along with a bunch of new tunes.
Wrapped it up with a raucous "Rockin' In The Free World" and encored with "American Girl" - "cause we love Tom". The crowd left quite pleased.
