A mark on my Kid's elementary school report card that denotes "below average" or "not meeting expectations" without an explanation from the teacher as to why or what needs improvement.

If the most well respected
If the most well respected kid in the neighborhood said that he doesn’t believe that half the grades on the report card should even be there, then sure. Why not trust him. Especially if he replaced any incomplete grades with his belief about what said grades should be.
