Once again Mark Morford of the SF Chronicle nails it!
"“F–k you, America. I won. I conned you all, and I now am going to do whatever I want.
I will obey no rules, laws, whiny ethics committees, popular votes, congressional regulations, media guidelines, conflict-of-interest boundaries, historic precedent. Why should I?
“I have no filter, no real plan, no fresh ideas, no crisis management strategy, no moral compass. Who needs it?
The presidency is now mine to do with as I please, and I will piss all over it like a dog on your favorite carpet.
“Know this now, America: I am not here for you.
I am not here for peace, or democracy, or our collective success, or the working classes, or anyone else.
“I am here only for revenge and to further expand my own wealth, and the world is my punching bag.
Thank you for coming, and you may now all feel free to go to hell.”
Resistance is nigh."

the genius who decided to destabilize Iraq and created the vacuum.>>
Sorry, but this is a mess of President Obama’s making.
How Obama Created a Mideast Vacuum
In 2011, the situation in Iraq was so good that the Obama administration was actually trying to take credit for it, with Vice President Joe Biden declaring that Iraq “could be one of the great achievements of this administration.”
Now in 2014, as Iraq descends into chaos, Democrats are trying to blame the fiasco on — you guessed it — George W. Bush. “I don’t think this is our responsibility,” said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, declaring that the unfolding disaster in Iraq “represents the failed policies that took us down this path 10 years ago.”
Sorry, but this is a mess of President Obama’s making.
When Obama took office he inherited a pacified Iraq, where the terrorists had been defeated both militarily and ideologically.
Militarily, thanks to Bush’s surge, coupled with the Sunni Awakening, al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI, now the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS) was driven from the strongholds it had established in Anbar and other Iraqi provinces. It controlled no major territory, and its top leader — Abu Musab al-Zarqawi — had been killed by U.S. Special Operations forces.
Ideologically, the terrorists had suffered a popular rejection. Iraq was supposed to be a place where al-Qaeda rallied the Sunni masses to drive America out, but instead, the Sunnis joined with Americans to drive al-Qaeda out — a massive ideological defeat.
Obama took that inheritance and squandered it, with two catastrophic mistakes:
First, he withdrew all U.S. forces from Iraq — allowing the defeated terrorists to regroup and reconstitute themselves.
Second, he failed to support the moderate, pro-Western opposition in neighboring Syria — creating room for ISIS to fill the security vacuum. ISIS took over large swaths of Syrian territory, established a safe haven, used it to recruit and train thousands of jihadists, and prepared their current offensive in Iraq.

Putin thrives in vacuum left
Putin thrives in vacuum left by Obama
Both Moscow and Tehran are comfortable that Syria is not a country that represents any essential component of the overall US strategy in the Middle East
Russia is doing very well indeed under the current circumstances since Putin has magnificently succeeded in taking advantage of the existing vacuum in the region in terms of international influence. With the almost total absence of American influence in Syria and decreasing role in other parts of the region, Putin fully understands that this is the golden opportunity for his country to dig in and assert his hand and have a bigger say in shaping up a new Middle East and beyond
The Taliban now hold more ground in Afghanistan than at any point since 2001

I don't recall Obama invading
I don't recall Obama invading Iraq and over throwing the government. I do recall GW doing that. That is the root cause of the instability in Iraq. It's the economy stupid. That and the hatred for Amerca.caused by destroying their country and their livelihoods. But don't worry your boy is going to fix it in 30 days. It's all good.
Thousands of well-trained Sunni officers were robbed of their livelihood with the stroke of a pen. In doing so, America created its most bitter and intelligent enemies. Bakr went underground and met Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in Anbar Province in western Iraq. Zarqawi, a Jordanian by birth, had previously run a training camp for international terrorist pilgrims in Afghanistan. Starting in 2003, he gained global notoriety as the mastermind of attacks against the United Nations, US troops and Shiite Muslims. He was even too radical for former Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden. Zarqawi died in a US air strike in 2006.
Although Iraq’s dominant Baath Party was secular, the two systems ultimately shared a conviction that control over the masses should lie in the hands of a small elite that should not be answerable to anyone — because it ruled in the name of a grand plan, legitimized by either God or the glory of Arab history. The secret of IS’ success lies in the combination of opposites, the fanatical beliefs of one group and the strategic calculations of the other.
Bakr, a top adviser to Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, died in 2014. By that point, according to Der Spiegel’s story and an analysis of Islamic State comments by The Long War Journal, Bakr had firmly established Baghdadi’s pre-eminence within the group, helped the militants take over key towns in Syria and played a major role in the group’s split from the central al Qaeda leadership in Pakistan and the al Qaeda affiliate in Syria. That last move was central to the Islamic State’s claim to statehood and global leadership over Muslims. It is also thought to have enhanced the group’s prestige among radicalized youth from around the world, thus making it more attractive to potential recruits.
A Washington Post report from last month confirmed the importance of former Hussein figures like Bakr in the overall Islamic State structure.
“Even with the influx of thousands of foreign fighters, almost all of the leaders of the Islamic State are former Iraqi officers, including the members of its shadowy military and security committees, and the majority of its emirs and princes, according to Iraqis, Syrians and analysts who study the group,” the Post reported.
Much as Jeb Bush might dislike the legacy of his brother’s policies in Iraq, it will be difficult for him to pretend it doesn’t exist. It’s one thing to say that he would not repeat the invasion, and another to acknowledge that the decisions made after the invasion have at least as much to do with the rise of the Islamic State as anything Obama later did. The question for Bush now will be how to account for that legacy, because it seems unlikely that Ziedrich will be the last person to bring it up.

The Russian President, Boris Yeltsin, has ordered a commission to investigate a sex scandal involving Russia's prosecutor general.
The furore centres on a video which is said to show the Prosecutor General, Yuri Skuratov, in bed with two prostitutes.
Images from the tape were shown on a government-controlled television station on Wednesday.
Mr Skuratov recently launched corruption probes into several prominent figures, and the video was screened shortly after he had received a vote of confidence in parliament.

1. He built a campaign
1. He built a campaign centered on how terrible trade deals are, even though many of his company’s products are made in Bangladesh, China and other nations.

2. He’s the candidate for the party that claims it stands for “Christian values” and for “preserving the sanctity of marriage,” despite the fact he’s on his third marriage and has had at least one affair.
3. He claims politicians are corrupt, unethical and cannot be trusted, then admits to trying to buy politicians in the past so they would unethically help him with his business dealings.
4. He brags about how he’s such a successful businessman, yet refuses to show his tax returns to prove his success.
5. He calls Hillary Clinton a liar, when he’s the most dishonest person we’ve ever seen run for public office.
6. He often calls other people “stupid,” yet frequently speaks with the vocabulary of a spoiled 5th grader.
7. He says America isn’t great anymore, while he almost constantly brags about how successful he’s become in this country.
8. He boasts about how many votes he received during the GOP primary, but never mentions that he got less than half the vote and had more people vote against him than for him.
9. He calls Hillary Clinton “crooked,” yet was found guilty of creating a fake anti-gambling front organization with the sole purpose of slandering the Mohawk Native Americans in an attempt to prevent them from getting approval to build a casino that would compete with his.
10. He calls President Obama divisive, while he vilifies Mexicans, immigrants, Muslims, women and has managed to divide his own party.
11. He talks about how much respect he has for our military and our veterans, yet mocked the thousands of American POWs who’ve served in our military when he said he doesn’t consider Sen. John McCain a “hero” because he doesn’t like people who were captured.
12. He claims he isn’t a racist or a bigot, yet has shared blatantly racist memes; has based a lot of his campaign on vilifying minorities; and once said, “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys wearing yarmulkes… Those are the only kind of people I want counting my money. Nobody else…Besides that, I tell you something else. I think that guy’s lazy. And it’s probably not his fault because laziness is a trait in blacks.”
13. During the 2012 election he said that Mitt Romney should release his tax returns; four years later as he’s become the GOP presidential nominee, Trump refuses to release his.
14. He says he’s going to be the “law and order president,” however, on numerous occasions, he’s said he wants to commit war crimes.
15. He claims he’s a great negotiator and a master at making great deals, yet couldn’t convince any big-name Republicans to become his running mate, ultimately settling for no-name Indiana Gov. Mike Pence.
Donald Trump is a candidate who has built a campaign on so many blatant contradictions and hypocrisies yet, astonishingly, millions of his supporters are ignorant enough to buy his mountain of bullshit — no matter how ridiculous the things he says might be.

What we’ve come to find out
A serial liar. Pathological even.
What we’ve come to find out is Mr. Obama’s White House is one that promotes a culture of deceit, one that serially lies to the American public to protect his political legacy.
Let’s review some of the falsehoods dictated to the American people by the White House — starting with the most recent. Then ask yourself — do you want another four years of this duplicity masterminded by Mrs. Clinton?
This week the Benghazi report was released, demonstrating how lying to the public has become standard operating procedure within the Obama administration.
Rep. Jim Jordan, Ohio Republican and Rep. Mike Pompeo, Kansas Republican, detailed how the administration knew almost immediately after the attack on the American consulate it was one of terrorism, but were unwilling to admit it to the American public.
Officials spoke privately of the 9/11-inspired terror event, both within their own circles and to foreign diplomats, and had eyewitness accounts confirming as much.
However, terrorism wasn’t the political narrative Mr. Obama wanted heading into an election season — especially since he’d been campaigning on the successes of killing Osama bin Laden and how al Qaeda had been “decimated” under his watch — so the truth had to be spun.
“Here’s what happened … You had a video that was released by somebody who lives here, sort of a shadowy character who — who made an extremely offensive video directed at — at Mohammed and Islam … making fun of the Prophet Muhammad. And so, this caused great offense in much of the Muslim world. But what also happened, extremists and terrorists used this as an excuse to attack a variety of our embassies, including the one, the consulate in Libya,” Mr. Obama explained to David Letterman at the time.
Not only was it a blatant lie, but it was also used to manipulate — to garner sympathy for the Muslim world, as if they were wrongly provoked. Mr. Obama was condemning us stupid Americans, for not knowing what offends the Muslims — for thinking we could be attacked simply because we’re infidels.
But the deception doesn’t stop there.
Earlier this month, the State Department was forced to admit it altered a press briefing video to hide an exchange in which a spokeswoman seemed to indicate officials lied when the Iranian nuclear talks began. Then there were reports that a White House transcript was altered, in another discussion about Iran.
Apparently, there’s lots to hide about the Iranian deal.
It was presented as an alternative to war, but really it was nothing more than a great capitulation to one of our most mortal enemies, so Mr. Obama could check off another so-called political accomplishment.
White House deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes admitted as much to The New York Times Magazine in May.
Mr. Rhodes boasted how he, at the president’s bidding, lied and spun concerns that the president wanted a deal with Iran’s nuclear-weapons program so bad he was making too many concessions to the mullahs.
Mr. Rhodes invented the public sales pitch that the White House was negotiating with a new moderate Iranian regime (not only is there no such thing, the negotiations started in 2012 before the new regime’s election) and bragged about how young reporters would believe anything he told them.
Apparently so.
Remember how the president repeatedly promised in his first term that if you liked your health-care plan you could keep it? The media ate it up. So Mr. Obama actively campaigned on the line to get buy-in for his Affordable Care Act all the while knowing it wasn’t true. It later came to light that White House policy advisers had told him to drop it, but were overruled by political aides.
Mr. Obama relied heavily on smoke and mirrors campaign to pass Obamacare as well.
The bill’s chief architect Jonathan Gruber famously bragged that a “lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically call it the stupidity of the American voter, or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical in getting the thing to pass.”
And it did. He won. On lies.
Add to this, White House spokesman Josh Earnest’s false claim Mr. Obama “wasn’t specifically referring to” the Islamic State when he called them “JV terrorists,” or Mr. Obama’s lie that his “position hasn’t changed” in using executive authority to grant amnesty, or that the Fast and the Furious gun-walking operation didn’t start in his administration, or the false assertion that “for the first time since 1990, American manufacturers are creating new jobs.”
And what do you have?
A serial liar. Pathological even.
Benghazi, the Iranian deal, Obamacare. Enough is enough.
Let’s turn a new page come November.

LIES OF OBAMACARE
It should be a stunning fact that every proposition on which President Obama promoted the sale of Obamacare was a complete and utter lie. I tried to document the foundational lies and their close relations in the endless Power Line series “Lies of Obamacare,” featuring the thumbnail image of the man having Obamacare shoved down his throat.
If politicians were subject to truth in advertising laws, Obama would be behind bars. Obama is incorrigible. When it comes to lying to advance the cause, he and his Democratic allies simply lack a conscience. Indeed, they are still lying about it. Earlier this year, David Catron look at “Obamacare at six: A legacy of deception.”

Is Al Sharpton The Racist – The Evidence Says Yes
During a protest in 1991 Sharpton referred to Jewish people as "diamond merchants" and said "if the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house". After these remarks an innocent Jewish person was attacked by members of Sharpton’s protest group and stabbed to death.
While leading a protest in Brooklyn he referred to white people with the derogatory term "crackers".
In 1994 Sharpton referred to all gay men as "homos".
After a female white jogger was beaten and raped by black men Al Sharpton lead demonstrators at a courthouse that called her a "whore". When confronted he refused to apologize.
In 2007 a Haitian woman was violently beaten and raped by 4 black men. After raping her they forced her to perform oral sex on her 12-year old son. Al Sharpton was on the scene not to console the victim. Instead he defended the rapists that forced a woman to perform oral sex on her 12-year old son. He said they were treated unfairly because of, wait for it, racism.
Sharpton falsely accused a District Attorney of raping an African-American woman. This caused the district attorney to receive death threats. After his innocence was proved in court Al Sharpton refused to apologize. Even though he was clearly wrong he gave this bizarre excuse attempting, as always, to play the race card.
“I did what I believed….They are asking me to grovel. They want black children to say they forced a black man coming out of the hard-core ghetto to his knees….Once you begin bending, it’s ‘did you bend today?’ or ‘I missed the apology, say it again.’ Once you start compromising, you lose respect for yourself.”
In Al Sharpton's world he is always the victim of racism. But when we look at his past quotes and history it is obvious the real racist is Al Sharpton.

What a sweetheart.
What a sweetheart.
Donald J. Trump rarely apologizes. When it comes to the case of the Central Park Five, he has never even come close.
In 1989, after these black and Latino teenagers from Harlem were accused of assaulting and raping a white woman in Central Park, Mr. Trump spent $85,000 placing full-page ads in the four daily papers in New York City, calling for the return of the death penalty.
“Muggers and murderers,” he wrote, “should be forced to suffer and, when they kill, they should be executed for their crimes.” Though he didn’t refer to the teenagers by name, it was clear to anyone in the city that he was referring to them.
Incredibly, 14 years after their sentences were vacated based on DNA evidence and the detailed and accurate confession of a serial rapist named Matias Reyes, Mr. Trump has doubled down.
They admitted they were guilty,” he said in a statement to CNN this month. “The police doing the original investigation say they were guilty. The fact that that case was settled with so much evidence against them is outrageous.”
Mr. Trump is apparently ignorant of our country’s epidemic of wrongful convictions, which disproportionately affect minorities, and the prevalence of false confessions in those convictions

Al Sharpton: I won't
Al Sharpton: I won't apologize for handling of Tawana Brawley case
Back in 1987, 15-year-old Brawley claimed she had been abducted and raped for four days by a group of white men, at least one a cop. She was found in a garbage bag, covered in feces and charcoal-scrawled racial epithets.
According to the Associated Press, Sharpton and Brawley's lawyers asserted "on 33 separate occasions" that a local prosecutor named Steven Pagones "had kidnapped, abused and raped" Brawley. There was no evidence, and Pagones was soon cleared. Sharpton then accused a local police cult with ties to the Irish Republican Army of perpetrating the alleged assault. The case fizzled when a security guard for Brawley's lawyers testified that the lawyers and Sharpton knew Brawley was lying
Sharpton stands by Brawley's story. In May 2002, when the Associated Press asked whether he would apologize to Pagones, Sharpton replied: "Apologize for what?
