CBD Oil Side Effects

Last weekend I was at the health food store and saw that they had CBD oil. I sleep pretty lightly and have aches and pains, so I decided to pick some up. I take a little scoop before bed.
I have to say, generally my sleep has been amazing. But, I seem to have an almost constant headache that has been building since I started taking it. Is that something that can happen with CBD?
Also, is it really the panacea that the lit makes it seem?
