Flight cancellation - anyone else

I'm supposed to be in St John with my kids right now.
Yesterday 9 hours before my San Diego to Miami Redeye was to depart
American sent me an e-mail that flight was cancelled. A while later they told me I had been rebooked on a Monday redeye to Philly
and from there to St Thomas. If they knew anything about USVI covid portal protocol they would know that was impossible, never mind they had just
taken 33% of my vacation away.
I still haven't been able to contact their "customer service"
and I seem to be out all the house rental money
the $100.00 car rental down payment
the $56.00 in reef safe sunscreen
not to mention the whole vacation.
I thought as part of the airline stimulus money the deal was they were not supposed to lay anyone off

A couple of Wednesdays ago
A couple of Wednesdays ago Alaska cancelled my direct flight to DC less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to fly, and I wound up hubbing thru Philadelphia on a United flight. They had no direct flights until Friday.

It's blatantly obvious to
It's blatantly obvious to even the Stupid people -- Pilots that fly the Airplanes got those injections, and those caused Blood - Clotting health problems, making the Airplane Pilots physically unable to perform their Job.
Even if you have the IQ of Potato, you prefer that the Airplane Pilot does not have "Heart Attack" and "Drop Dead" while flying the Airplane.
