I like those bacon turtles Judit. I'm assuming that's a bacon wrapped burger with hot dogs for the appendages. I can see making those for my Hawaiian friends this summer.

That being said I made pork belly bao bun sandwiches for superbowl. I need a little practice on the buns, steaming is a little trickier than baking IMO. Thai peanut carrots, pickled onion, japelpeno, scallions, cilantro and ginger/garlic bbq'ish sauce for toppings.
