Portland club question - The Get Down

I'm wondering if any folks from Portland, OR have experience with a club The Get Down. I haven't heard of it before and there are a few shows coming up I wouldn't mind seeing (Pink Talking Fish). It's on SE Alder & 6th and I don't spend any time in that area especially at night. Holocene isn't too far from there so it's probably not too deserted.
Curious if anyone has experience or recommendation on the place. Thanks!

I am going to Pink Talking
I am going to Pink Talking Fish there on Sunday and Moonalice there in May. It just opening night is this Friday. I recall Matt Butler posting on FB about how he checked it out in advance of the Everyone Orchestra show later this month. He said it has everything you want from a small indoor venue.
It's right around the corner from Robo Taco and just two blocks from Afuri Izakaya - my new favorite Japanese place in town.
