For once, phoning it in won't be a metaphor.

Here come the judge (so-called)...

Who is speaking for 'the president'

Somebody named August Flentje, and he's not doing well so far.

August E. Flentje is the Special Counsel for the government. Trump is not going to be happy with his performance.

Judge Friedland sounds sharp, and especially compared to Flentje's fumbling.

Trump is not going to be happy with his performance.<<

As long as he's not portrayed by a woman on SNL, he'll be OK.

Spicer is toast.

I don't think he's doing well, he's used a disrespectful tone in answering reasonable queries from the justice.

All three judges are working him hard.

Does anyone know if a decision will be rendered immediately or at a later time?

Flentje just conceded that he's not doing well here.

There should be a decision by the end of the week.

"A ruling is not expected to come down today, but probably this week," the court wrote in an media advisory.

Don't seem very 'mercan.

Jus' sayin'.

ouch they sound terrified, do attorneys always seem so nervous?

The (so-called) judges are sharp.

Thanks for the link, WALSTIB.

Purcell sounded well-prepared and was very responsive.  Quite a contrast to Flentje.

if this goes further, discovery could be interesting...
