Damn, Billy.... 

It’s like I have said: Billy needs to AT LEAST make it to the Citi shows to end the tour.

Whatever. It. Takes. 

Unless he is in the hospital, Billy needs to be wheeled out behind his drums for the NYC shows, even if it’s JUST to show his face and wave to the fans. Crawl on the damn stage, try to play one song at least. Something. He MUST make it to the stage at Citi in some kind of capacity, however limited. If Billy is a total no-show at Citi, that is seriously fucked up.
