When my friend gave me the recipe, she called it Yummy Salad dressing. I like it a lot.


Garlic - 1 clove minced
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Dry Mustard - dash
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp (fresh)
Parmesan Cheese - 2 Tbsp (freshly grated)
EV Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp

Mix it up.
