I am sad to report that Toad (Todd)'s wife Brandi Corey Fujawa posted on Facebook
It is with the heaviest of hearts that I let you know that Todd passed away last night. I don’t have any other details other than he passed during the night. I know most of our family has been notified at this time, but seeing how he considered anyone he met “family” I now have to let you all know. To say that a white hot light has been extinguished doesn’t even begin to describe all that Todd was. I don’t have the words today as the loss is so unbearable at the moment, I feel like any moment he’s gonna walk in and say “hey Babe”. I will update everyone when I know more. However, right now, we just need to process this unimaginable loss. Please hold us up in love.
Todd loved his family, was a great musician, and good friend to many. He also helped us in the very beginning stages of creating Viva. He will be missed.

He was a good Zoner citizen in his time here, with a sharp sense of humor. As I recall, he was based in Austin, and had reached out to assist Jeff Duke when he was relocating there. We hadn't seen much of him around here recently though. I hope his last years were full of joyful and high times.
