The big(gest) difference is that it took a warrant/raid to get at Trump's many more docs after repeated defiance and non-cooperation on his part. Sadly, the process seems broken surrounding classified docs/info and the clearance levels of the individuals who simply get them because they were elected to certain levels of office. (ie. I seriously doubt that Don or Jared could even pass the required background checks in order to get approved for top-secret clearances).

How about Biden issues a one time Amnesty for all government docs returned by a certain date? For every Federal Agency.
If they're still missing after that date (or things are found), mandatory firing and exclusion for any future government job or office.
Relevant laws remain in effect for future offenses.
I think that's sensible.
