I'm sure he paid for the rights. He has released about 20 albums and was signed by Universal at one point. 

Just another example of idiots not understanding the Streisand effect. This video would have a couple thousand views if the PD didn't sue him for using his own video of their bullshit raid. Now it's up to  1.2 Million views on just You Tube. You get about $0.18 a view on You Tube so he has already made over $200K
