Judge cannon has already WAY
Judge cannon has already WAY overstepped her boundaries (to cheeto's benefit) by denying the FBI evidence and appointing a special master to examine it instead (which isn't really even a thing) during the investigation that led to these charges in the first place. Obviously this decision was overturned by a higher court but in my eyes she has already demonstrated the propensity.
Clearly this case will define her career, regardless of outcome
I'm just saying those actions are 100% within the scope of her legal authority. Not saying there wouldn't be personal or political repercussions, just that there wouldn't be any legal ones. She is appointed for life.
