This was the last drawing that I did before the stroke. Each day I feel better. With all the love, support and physical therapy, I should be on the road to recovery.
The outpouring of love has been astounding. Thank you everyone.
He is out of the hospital and back at home now recuperating, resting up and doing much better. The prognosis seems to be good.
Thank You everyone for such an overwhelming response of support, positive vibes and prayers. We All care so very much for this man of the Arts that has touch our lives and wish for his continued improvement.
The night my wife and I got engaged we were at the old Ace Cider Pub in Sebastopol at a DNB show hanging at the back of the room with Stanley. My wife's fondest memory of the show is giving Stanley a kiss (Hey, wait a minute!) Technically that's ok because we formalized the event at a restaurant in Graton a couple hrs before, next to what we found out was Vince Welnick's piano.
If people having strokes can get to the hospital soon enough and get treatment going, clot busters, tpa etc blood thinners I think, outcomes can be really good.
