Thanks y'all! Hit the big 6 Oh-shit!, but doing my best to not to let the old man in... keepin' busy training upwards of 20 hours a week on the bike for the usual Summer endurance events (Death Ride is this Saturday). I'll also be doing my usual Sierra trips in Sept, but this year they will be in preparation for a 3 week Trek in the Everest region of Himalayas later in the Fall. It's been a lifelong dream of mine to see the biggest mountains in the world, and at this point it's pretty much now or never.
Anyways, I hope you're all doing well and I REALLY miss seeing Phil shows with you... looks my next show will be MMJ in Berkeley, maybe I'll bump into some of yas there.
