I had a dark red 98 4 Runner that I loved... i don't like the current 4 Runner, they upsized them and now they are the size the Land Cruiser used to be.
i love that all the lists so far starts out with lots of different makes, and then everyone ends up reverting to toyota and/or subaru at some point in the 80s-90s
my father was a mechanic so i had a few shitty cars for awhile that he'd hafta fix frequently lol
1974 plymouth duster i made him paint black
some amc pacer for the in between car when Dusty was out of commission
first car i bought in 1989: 1987 dodge colt hatchback with no passenger mirror as a standard option lolol. she was my 1st tour vehicle and she went over 100k miles before dying forever in a driveway in the early 90s
something called a cierra next maybe? she died in a crash, mid 90s?
next car i recall was my BeLoved 2001 Outback, purchased based on a zoner recommendation, which we got in 2003 when my girly was born. loved her to a quarter million miles with only having to add oil every couplea weeks
other outbacks followed, made in Indiana, each as shitty as the next for various reasons
oh yea, had a (?) toyota avalon for a year until she met her demise with a deer in maine
subaru next that sucked
last year got myself a 2013 highlander, which i loveLoveLOVE !!! she has everything i want and nothing i don't besides AWD, which i do miss, as 4wd is pretty useless in a WV blizzard /:
