New Film on Netflix that actually has a realistic depiction of a Dead Head, but not what the film is about.
It's about family gathering for the last days of hospice for a loved one at home. Pretty spot on description of that dynamic from my experience as well. Can't go wrong with Natasha Lyonne, Elizatbeth Olsen, and Carrie Coon. But not a comedy.

I watched this Friday, and thought it was one of the best films I've seen in a while. The acting was terrific, and especially the tension between Lyon and Coon's characters, and I thought the ending was masterful. And Olsen's depiction of a deadhead was pretty spot-on, I thought, or at least it rose well above a simple stereotype.

I thought it was a good movie. It hit home. My only critique, Natasha Lyonne smokes pot like Tom Cruise smokes a cigarette. She smokes a lot and doesn't truly inhales once.

I watched it after reading
I watched it after reading this thread and thought it was good enough. I had no idea who any of the actors were but thought they handled it pretty well.
I'm so glad that my 3 sisters and I don't have these kinds of relationships; our experiences as our parents died were supportive, loving and caring.
I've loved my hospice experiences. With Greg and the other love of my life - they were so well cared for, as was I.
