Thanks for the groovy salutations phriends!  

For my Bday this year, I did something new...   I rented out one of the rooms in our local theater ($60), and played David Byrnes "American Utopia", filmed by Spike Lee, for about 25 close friends.  I picked the room with the best sound system.  I'm now going to do a monthly show down there.  In honor of the BEAT tour, I'm going to show King Crimsons Neal and Jack and Me (2 KC concerts, 82 / 84), hopefully right before the Eugene shows we're going to.   In December I'm thinking of showing Zappa's Roxy show.  

Most concert films were never shown in theaters, and after tonights success, I'm  going to make it a monthly event!  Support a great local biz, see great shows on the big screen, a win win for everyone!
