Anyone else see this? The off duty cop drags a 13 year old school kid through several people's yards to his property so he can 'legally' shoot at the kids. Apparently he called a girl who cut through his yard a cunt, and the kid he's attacking stood up for the girl. The cop fired his weapon into a group of school kids all over a verbal altercation that he literally wouldn't let go. The police arrested the unarmed kid the cop was clearly assaulting, and let the trigger happy off duty cop go.
The cop and his biker looking pal are the only ones in the video who look like they're up to shady criminal activity. Meth lab in the garage they don't want the school kids to smell perhaps?

Not defending the cop's behavior, but lots of people who carry concealed carry 100% of the time. There is no intent associated with them simply possessing a gun.

There is an inherent intent behind carrying a gun. Nobody concealed carries an unloaded gun, and there's a reason for that and (of course IMO) that shows intent.

The thing that bothers me is that when someone is carrying, they're constantly weighing if any altercation is the right time to whip it out. This guy knew he could/would as a means to bully. If he felt threatened, he shouldn't have engaged to begin with. That's the bullshit part of concealed carrying, the willingness to escalate.

If you watch the unedited video from start to finish, the kid's clearly telling the truth. He said repeatedly he would sue the man for assaulting him. It's clear as day, and you can also hear the other kids pleading with the out of control adult to let go of the kid. It's not like a mob with pitchforks was forming, they just weren't allowing an apparently violent adult stranger drag their friend away in broad daylight.
