Since the election I've
Since the election I've stopped using Chrome, switched to Duck Duck Go as my default search engine, deleted Facebook, Insta and Threads. Also deleted Google Maps and stopped using Waze which is also owned by Google. I also deleted YouTubeTV and for only the third time in my life missed the Super Bowl. I can't give another cent to Fox or for that matter CNN which has become Fox Lite. Now I'll see if I can follow the Kings on Methstreams. The rest of it has been pretty easy. I still have my gmail account that will be hard to toss. Prime is next to go just waiting to finish a series and then that is gone too.
I used Apple maps last weekend for a quick road trip to Glen Ellen and it was fine. My rave community had a private Facebook place and moved to Discord. All of this has been pretty easy. I know Apple and Microsoft bent the knee too, but they didn't suck cock while they were down there like Meta, Amazon, and Google.
Oh and yeah 20 years of building those companies up and just like that I'm gone. I will never go back.

It does kinda' have a nice ring to it although the extra syllable makes it a non-starter in Standing on the Moon. It doesn't work very well in that regard.
