Looked last week but tix were just too high. Tried to get my buddies interested when they were on sale and only now do they want to go. I need new friends.
Sneaking in for our annual Sunday show under the trip tent. Early start with the sunset and the cool ocean breezes. Want and need this show. Even getting a fresh hair cut and shave.
Glad you are making it to the Sunday show Tim and Bobstar. Sundays are always the best because the frat contingent is largely cleared out by then. If you want to do a pre-show meetup, I can scope out a landmark in the lot next two nights that is easy to find come Sunday. We will also be pre-funking in the bodega right on A1A next to Gypsy Cab before walking down to the venue, so depending on which way your coming, that could be an option too.
Place was packed even up top. But everyone was super chill and happy. One thing about the top row is you get your shadows projected up on top of the trip tent. You can see my shadow taking this picture. Encourages you to make sure you do your best dance moves and you can fun doing hand shadow puppets (nothing obscene though, this is a family friendly venue).

Scoped out the lot yesterday and it was chaotic and crazy crowded. Best spot for a potential meetup in the lot is the south end of the main shakedown row (by the boiled peanut stand). Not that crowded. Not sure what time we will be heading down there this evening but will post some more exact times later.
Hope you had a good show Tim. It was a bit mellower than the first two nights, but still fun. Less crowded up top yesterday for sure. Lots of freeks from the show at the diner on the beach this morning. Mom was upset about the slow service.
Will have the same bright orange Billy Strings hat on Wednesday for Trey. Can't miss it.
I streamed all 3 it was amazing. A local festi/friend kid that I chat to about Panic all the time, well he went to AC with us and back at the house post show said...I'm going to St Auggie !
Well. damn if he didn't go, not a pot to piss in and went...made good friends and had a blast ! I am happy to live thru him and that he landed with good people. ( luvs Halloween Face and got it again )
Noelle and Bob turned me onto them and I am so grateful....has been life changing !
Hoping for a bucket list show to NOLA as life has happened in health and can't really travel anymore, but my happy space in in their music.
Got some local fests coming up..hope everyone lands where they need to be.
Great meeting you and your lovely wife IRL. we had a blast at our first Panic show. crowd was fantastic. Security getting in was out of hand - ticket scanners weren't working and we were still in line hundreds deep when set one started. Actually had to push my way past the ticket scanner lady when she couldn't scan my ticket and told me to get off line and call Ticketmaster. Then on the way out cops yelled at me cause I still had a sip of beer in my cup. Never experienced this nonsense at the AMP before and hoping it was just a one off.
Sorry to hear that you had trouble in the line Bobstar. That is unusual in my experience. If you have trouble with the electronic tickets, you can always go to the box office and get an old school paper one. I have done that a few times just to get the paper souvenir ticket stub by telling them my app wasn't working. Never had any issues with cops or security there either (knock on wood).
Never had a problem there. Usually head in early but was a lil late and the search for gum, candy and other outside foods was kinda intense this time. Shook down dude man with a pretzel pretty hard.
