I saw him do one of these in 2018. Acoustic solo performances are not usually my thing, I only went because a friend had bought the ticket and I went in not expecting much, but it turned out to be really good.
In that quiet setting Trey's gentle singing was surprisingly good, his acoustic guitar playing was excellent and different than his normal raging style, and his stories and chatting with the crowd were funny and made for an intimate, entertaining show.
Mezz Center, Row A, 101-102. Will be in the look out and will post when we are in the building. Guess the lobby opens before the doors to the theater. We are staying right across the street from the venue.
We will definitely hit the merch line for a poster.
There is a big grass section outside in front of the building about half a football field size. The lobbies are tight inside not a bunch of room to gather. I saw David Byrne there and had the first box on the side wall, good place for a show, enjoy. Gringo's Loco is downtown, but more than a few blocks away. There are a lot of places to eat and drink in the Wallstreet area
I saw the show in Columbus and loved it. My high point was Divided Sky with Jeff Tanski on piano, really beautiful playing, one of my favorite versions. Our show started really strong with More, really rocking for a solo acoustic, with looping of course, but still it was great. His stories between songs were a treat too. You Zoners are lucky you got to meet up, one day I'll go to a show in California and meet up with you all. Or Orlando, my daughter lives there....

Downtown Orlando is quiet.
Downtown Orlando is quiet. Have been downtown since GD 91. Nice venue though.
