I thought the setlist was carefully constructed to serve, in part, as a commentary on the year we were leaving behind... and the awesome sequence of songs after midnight provided a positive message for better times ahead. The show-opening Prisoner of Freedom speaks for itself, and several succeeding songs continued in this vein (Film at Eleven, Edge of the Wire, and especially the Dirty Biz > Road to Armageddon in the 2nd set).
I also must say that in all of the 300+ DNB shows I've attended over the past 25 years, I don't believe I've ever heard them play 3 of their heaviest-hitting songs in a single show -- Any Naked Eye, Kick in the Head, and Fable of a Chosen One. The latter 2 songs were unfinished, then reprised after Into the Mystic in a powerful and resounding finish to the set. WOW... it was really something to behold!
I listened to some of it, and the audio quality is just OK... lotsa crowd chatter in places, which I really didn't notice at the show while positioned near the sweet spot on the floor
